Delivery and Returns


How much is delivery on rental items?

Delivery is a flat rate of $20. We also provide you with a prepaid express satchel to use to return your item, pretty cool hey!

How much is delivery on sale items? 

We offer $10.00 delivery on our sale items and standard postage. 

Do you Express Post your orders?

Yes, we use Australia Post to Express Post all of our rentals items and standard post for sale items.

How can I track my order?

One you've placed your order you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your rental's journey. 

Where in Australia do you deliver?

We deliver to all parts of Australia, if you live in rural areas, or know your location isn’t part of the Australia Post same day delivery area, please try and book in advance.

Can I return a sales item?

No, once an ex-rental goes on sale we do not accept returns. 

What happens if my delivery doesn’t arrive on time?

On the odd chance that your delivery doesn’t arrive on time, please email us straight away at We will move mountains to get you a replacement, if that can't happen, you'll receive a full refund including any shipping costs.  

Do I have to sign for my order?

You don’t have to sign for your order. All items delivered are marked as authority to leave. If you require your item to be signed for, please make sure to email us at advising of the delivery details.

How long will my dress take to be delivered?

All deliveries are through Australia Post Express Delivery service. The estimated express delivery time is 1-2 business days (depending on your location). If you live in a rural location, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure on time delivery.  More information on Australia Post express delivery can be found here:

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

What if I receive the item and it is damaged?

If upon receipt. the item is damaged, please let us know via email at as soon as possible and return the item within 24 hours using the pre-paid satchel via an Australia Post office. A refund or credit can be issued if we receive notification and returned item within the required timeframe.



How do I return my rental?

You’ll receive a Pre-Paid Express Post satchel in your delivery to send your item(s) back. Just take it to your nearest Post Office OR drop into the YELLOW Express Postal Box by 4pm on Day 4 of the rental period.

If possible, we recommend taking your return to the Australia Post counter where they can scan your item and you then have proof of return. It also means we can track your return.

What if my return day falls on a Sunday OR a Public Holiday?

You can drop your rental into the YELLOW Express Post Box or over the counter at Australia Post the next business day. We recommend taking your return to the Australia Post counter where they can scan your item and you then have proof of return. It also means we can track your return.

Please note, late fees may apply as delayed returns impact other customers.

Do Late Fees apply?

Late fees only apply if you do not return the goods by close of business Day 4 of your rental agreement (or the next business day if affected by Sunday or Public Holiday). In the case you delay in returning the goods to us, a late fee of $30 per day will be charged.  

What if I use a Yellow Express Box and don’t have a tracking number or receipt?

This is fine, however the reason we love items being returned over the counter at Australia Post is because there is history of the return. It protects you as a customer (as you’re given a receipt).  Scanning insures there is proof of return, without this if the item is lost by Australia Post, then you as a customer will be required to pay for the cost of the lost item(s).

 Sale items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sales items. If for any reason you receive your item and are unhappy, please email us and we can have a look at your concern. 

Change of mind or item not fitting does not result in a refund.
