How beautiful is this Talia dress by Moria Muse. Coming with a side zipper, elasticated back waist seam and ties that extend from the front bust panels that fold around to create the waist tie sash. This allows you to secure the bust, no matter what size bust you have! Pull as tight or as loose as you like. The tie sash can be tied up at the back or front of the dress, allowing you to create your own style.
